Heafner, Jr.; her brother Jacob Frederick Blair, Jr.; her niece Mary Blair Howell Smith; her children, John B. Risley, Jr. (Gail) and Bonnie R. Prevatte (Rick); her grandchildren, Heather R. Sims (Joshua), John M. Risley, Matthew B. Risley (Vanessa), Kaitlyn R. Hufham (Robert), Erin Blair Owens (Andy) and J. Seth Prevatte; her great grandchildren, Adah Jordan-Elyse Sims, Merrick Noah, Andrew Kai and Selah Blair Owens; her sisters-in-law, Sarah E. Blair and Gayle Heafner; and her nieces and nephews, Debra B. van Dam, Bobbie B. Slayton (Glen), Jack F. Blair (Gail) and Jim F. Blair (Kathy). She was also cherished by many great nieces/nephews.
