He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Timms and Nancy Ray Timms. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph B. Timms (Reba) of Murfreesboro, TN, Anne Timms Wetherill (Jim) of Wilmington, NC and Nancy Timms Connaughton of Annapolis, MD; and his close friend Molly Howard Frederick.
