He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Iris Ray. He is survived by: his wife Anna Fortier Southerland; his daughters, Sheila Haley (John), Annette Coley (Jessie) and Vickie Rascoe (John); his grandchildren, John Rascoe III, Alanna Feltner, Zachary Rascoe, Patrick W. Haley, Brittany Anne Coley and Maverick Feltner; and his siblings, Stacia Ray, Iris Tinney (Tom), Patrick Ray (Evelyn), Steve Ray and Danny Ray.
