With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wright Blake Batson (Wilmington, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Wright is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burgaw Baptist Church (100 E Bridgers St, Burgaw, NC 28425).
