He is survived by: his grandfather Jack Moore Sr.; his uncle Timothy Wayne Moore; his parents, Jack (Bert) and Paula; his brothers, Kyle and Hunter Moore; his cousin Morgan Whittington; his aunts, Emma Nelson and Christy; his uncle Greg Beck; his cousin Dylan; and his grandparents, John Nelson, Tina Nichols and Norma Moore. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and the American Cancer Society, in honor of Zach's legacy of love and acceptance.
