With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Annette Clark (Wilson, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Annette had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Annette may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Turner Whaley and Richard S. Whaley. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Page Clark of Wilson and Badie Travis Clark III (Julie Prouty Clark); her grandchildren, Tessa McKinnon Clark and Badie Travis Clark IV of Wilson; and her siblings, Sandra Turner Whaley of Kinston, Kathy Bucky Whaley of Greenville and Richard S. Whaley II of Kinston.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (414 Sunset Rd NW, Wilson, NC 27893).
