He was predeceased by: his daughter LaFran Price Canady; and his parents, Charles James Price and Josephine Paxton Price. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Price; and his sons, Billy Joe Price, Jr. (Margarita) and Barry Kent Price (Ann). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

“Just saw this right now as I was looking up Glenn Gardners death. Sorry to hear about Mr. Price as he was a very nice Gentlemen and helped a lot of people throughout his life. You Both were Very-very helpful when my Mother had cancer as a day didn't go by that you or Bill didn't come over to see how she was. I would like to thank you for this. She Loved you Both. Hope everything else is going as well as possible under the circumstances...Again, sorry to hear about Bill & Much Love to you all.”
