It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Rhodes of Wilson, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, C. D. Rhodes and Thelma Rhodes; his wife Jean Stockton Rhodes; his sons, C. David Rhodes, III (Dee Dee) of Canton, GA, Richard Stockton Rhodes (Dori) of Bedford, MA and Robert Bernard Rhodes (Debbie) of Suffolk, VA; his granddaughters, Rebecca Rhodes and Sarah Rhodes of Atlanta, GA.; his great grandchildren, Rhodes Sheets, Ray Sheets, Berkley Mein and Owen Mein; and his brother Robert Rhodes (Sandy) of Denver, CO..

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic the family asks that friends refrain from visiting at the home during this time.
