She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph James and Genevieve Elaine Donato (Jean Johnson); and her half-siblings, Glory Barns, Gladys Hannah, James and Tony Donato.
She is survived by: her husband Christian "Chris" Alexander (Chris) of Asheboro, NC; her son Christian Alexander, Jr. (Lauren); her grandsons, Christian Ashley Alexander III, Jeremiah Jay Alexander and Eli James Alexander of Salisbury, NC; her siblings, Rosemarie Sanders (Chet) of Madison, Diana Carnegie (Bob) of Bradford, PA and Douglas Johnson (Sue) of Oil City, PA; and her half-sisters, Beverly Taylor and Ann Wyer. She is also survived by three half-brothers.
