He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howell and Helen Barnes Howell of Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Lisa (Matthew Robbins); his grandchildren, Tanner and Kaylee of Stantonsburg; his son Spencer (Deanna Howell); his grandchildren, Grayson and Logan of Thibodaux, Louisiana.; and his brother Michael Howell (Janet) of Chapin.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
