She is survived by: her husband Tommy Johnson; her children, Justin Hurrelbrink of Asheville, Ayden Hurrelbrink of Elm City, Noah and Ella Harrigan of New York; her parents, Archie Fields and Jenny Speight Fields of Elm City; her brother Craig Fields of Elm City; and her stepchildren, Maddy, Mallory and Tripp Johnson of Wilson.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Good News Church Cemetery (6990 Good News Church Rd, Stantonsburg, NC 27883).
