He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Novy and Blanche Novy; and his children, David Novy and Linda Novy. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Novy (Midge); his son Jeff Novy (Deb) of Bailey, NC.; his granddaughters, Jessica Decker (Kevin) of Clayton, NC and Tiffany Taylor (Matt) of Zebulon, NC.; his great grandchildren, Karlee, Josslyn Decker of Clayton, NC, Shelby and Charlotte Taylor of Zebulon, NC.; and his nieces, Mary Bonner (Wynn) of Winterhaven, FL and Sandy Brandt of Kemah, TX. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Hospice of Wilson, 1901 Tarboro St. SW.
