With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Parris of Wilson, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parris and Lena Mae Price Parris; and her siblings, Reba Parris, Charles, Robert, Joe, Doug and Edgar Parris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Milam (Don) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Diane Harmon (Brian) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Carrie Speight, Cristen Konewko (Jonathan), Tyler Whitley (Leeanne) and Amber Whitley; her great grandchildren, Blaine, Bennett Konewko, Meredyth, Allyson Winstead and Hunter Whitley; and her sister Betty Yelverton (George) of Stantonsburg.
