Gail will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Gail by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Gail is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Gail’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her son Ken Pender; her parents, Robert Lee Pittman and Doris Carver Whitley; and her brother Rudy Lynn Pittman. She is survived by: her children, Sandi Davis (David) of Little River, SC, Robin Luper (Mike) of Eureka, NC and Scott Pender (Connie) of Goldsboro, NC; and her half-siblings, Wanda Moore (Gene) of Marshville, NC and Garland Whitley Jr. (Barbara) of Fayetteville, NC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
