King (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Rhonda Meszaros (Lou), Jessica Walston (Jerry), Ashley Etheridge (Kyle) and Cassidy Walston (Brett); his great grandchild Annah-Claire Kruse (Kevin); his great great grandchild Koa Kruse; his sister Belle Waddell; and his caregivers, Tanya, Susanne, Jordan and Ashley.
