He was predeceased by: his sisters, Edith Kelley of New York, Connie Oteri of Belmont, MA and Janet O'Neil of York Beach, ME.. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Elizabeth Fries Oteri; his children, Christy Tierney (Patrick) of North Billerica, MA, Richard S. Oteri (Megan), Timothy J. Oteri of Wilson and Scott D. Oteri (Cherie) of Rocky Mount; his grandsons, Benjamin Oteri and Hunter Tierney; his brother Thomas J. "Tommy" Oteri (Katherine Rivers); and his brother-in-law Michael O'Neil of York Beach, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
