He was predeceased by: his son Todd Davis; and his parents, Paul Davis and Ruby Davis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Griggs Davis; his daughter Amy Timberlake (Mark) of Wake Forest; his grandchildren, Sydney, Todd and Davis; and his brother Wade Davis (Betty) of Chapel Hill.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (100 Green St NE, Wilson, NC 27893). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Asbury Hall.
