He is survived by: his children, Marshall Lucas of Washington, DC and Joy Larry (Levurtus) of Upper Marlboro, MD; his grandchildren, Kevin Brown, Angela Mayo, Jajuan Reed (Jaime), Benjamin Jackson, Isaiah Larry and Micah Larry; his great grandchildren, Shaziq Mayo, Aryannah Brown, Kayla Brown, Christopher Reed, Caden Reed and Brielle Reed; his siblings, Marie Myrick, Hubert Lucas (Mattie), Newather Freeman (Thurman) and Sylvia Foust (Rodney); and his siblings-in-law, Janis Faye Winstead (Troy, Sr.) and David Powell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
