Howell; his stepdaughter Emily Brown; his siblings, Sandra Howell and Adam Trent Howell (Melissa); his parents-in-law, Dale and Joan Crabtree; and his brother-in-law Donald Dale Crabtree (Rita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
