He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Harper and Florine Harper. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Harper; his sons, Chris Harper (Doris) and Daniel Harper (Lynn); his granddaughter Cora Harper; his great grandchild Malachi Keen; and his siblings, Emma Jean Cooper (Gary) and Bill Harper (Amy).
