He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Watkins (Vic); his grandchildren, Brandon, Todd, Matt and Gardner; his son Mark Carraway (Lynne); his grandson Ethan; his children, Ray Carraway, Courtney and Kevin (Vivian); and his siblings, Jean Knight and Allen Norris. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
