He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Tedder Ivey; his sons, Mark Fulghum (Fredda) of Wilson, Billy Fulghum (Nina) and David Fulghum (Sandra) of Sims; his grandchildren, Daniel Fulghum, Chelsea Griffin, Nicholas Fulghum and Heather Scott (Allen); and his siblings, Peggy Stancil of Farmville, Rose Ricks of Battleboro, Jackie Holliday (Ray) of Farmville, Tommy Ivey (Connie) of Rocky Mount, Bobby Ivey of Castalia and Joe Blake (Judy) of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
