She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Radford; her parents, Martha Baker and Theodore Roosevelt Bass; her son Dennis Radford; her siblings, Beatrice Barnhill, Peggy Lamm, Pat B. James, Nathan, Theodore and Rand Bass; Allene Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Lottie Radford Distler of Black Creek and Doug Radford (Terry) of Zebulon; her grandsons, Guy Thomas Barnes (Sheila) of Wilson and Travis Wayne Radford (Lindsey) of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, David Ray Barnes of Wilson and Tammi Gammage of Texas; and her great great grandchild Wyatt of Texas.
