She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Smith; her sons, Timmy Smith and Patrick Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Auston and J. C. Penny.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Myrick (Jack), Vickie Waddell (Kenneth), Faye Davis (Steve), Connie Viverette, Danny Smith and Ronnie Smith. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
