He was predeceased by: his aunt Kayla Perez; his great-grandparents, Margaret, Allen Hardison, Jerry Moody, Julian, Bernice Sanders, Thomas, Lula Leigh Summerlin and James Perry; his great-uncle Larry Summerlin; and his cousin Stephanie Jones.
He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Hardison of Elm City and Jonathan Hardison of Kinston; his siblings, Heidi and Thomas; his grandparents, Roger, Tammy Summerlin, Mike and Sandy Hardison; and his aunts and uncles, Amy Summerlin, Tracey Parker (Kevin), Nicholas Summerlin, Christian Summerlin and Josh Hardison (Christen).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 3:45 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
