He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Halpin (Valerie Simmons) of Wilson and Michael Halpin of Salem, Oregon; his brother Peter Halpin of Daly City, California; his niece Clair Walsh; and his friends, Bobbie Jane Thorne and Shelley Bailey.
