He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Patterson Lamm and Joe Daniel Lamm. He is survived by: his family, Russell A. Lamm Jr. (Barbara) and Stephanie Finch (David); his close friends, Miste Strickland, Tim "Slimmy" Privette, Wanda Joyner and Rhonda Strickland; Stacie Murray (Adam).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may also be made in Joe's honor to Transitions Life Care Hospice Hospital, Raleigh, NC.
