She was predeceased by: her parents, Buzz Smith and Walton Smith of Wilson; and her husbands, Campbell S. Edmonds and David S. Orcutt. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Anna Edmonds; her granddaughter Ryan-Ashley of Raleigh; her siblings, Janet Darnell (Steve) of Raleigh and Wright Smith (Gail) of Wilmington; her sister-in-law Nancey Belle Smith; and her caregivers, Janet Brown, Tamika Harris, Kieana Johnson, Jeanette Faison, Consandra Batts and Roxanne Newton.
Pam also served 28 years as a trustee with the Slemp Foundation of Big Stone Gap, VA.
