She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Waddell; her grandson Justin Owens; her parents, Johnnie Bass and Tresa Bass; and her siblings, Bethanie Aman, Virginia Scott (Edward), Elgie Tedder (Leland), Buster Bass (Daisy), Barney Bass (Margie) and Henry Bass.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Griffin (Pee Wee), Tammy Jackson (Corky) and Jackie Waddell, Jr. (Shannon); her grandchildren, Travis Griffin (Sarah), Brittany Currie (Daeqwon) and Jackson Waddell (Logan); her great grandchildren, Henry, Joey, Rhett Griffin, Saveyah, Enoch and Lou Currie; her sister Mary Elizabeth Jeffries; and her caregivers, Barbara Herring, Connie Crumpler, Verna Perry and Rosetta Cooper.
