Rache Phillips-Nasir Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rache Phillips-Nasir (Wilson, North Carolina), born in Bronx, New York to Bobby Fuller Father, (deceased) and Qual Rashid mother (deceased). We also mourn but also rejoice that Sharlah Nasir transitioned on November 22, 2020 and is also celebrated today as well. Rache passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn daughters Janiah Phillips, Syllum Phillips,(in the home) and 1 son Qual. She also leaves her sisters Tamar Phillips (New Jersey) and Tanika Fuller (New York) as well as many family members and friends.
Sharlah Nasir transitioned on November 22, 2020. Born to parents Rache Phillips-Nasir and Lenox Nasir on January 12, 2000. She left her legacy of love, life and joy and even wrote her own poem that she wanted read at her celebration. Although only 20, she had the energy and knowledge of one that was at least 70 years old and loved to take care of her family. Now, she finally gets her rest.
The family would like to take the time to thank everyone for your time, prayers, and presence. Rache believed that life was meant to be enjoyed and that a true testament of love is that when it is real, those you love are always close to you. Rache and Sharlah are with each other bring peace and joy to one another. You never saw one without the other. Their life and death is a testament to their bond.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 28th 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 807 Atwater Street 28707.
