He is survived by: his son Brooks Bunn (Renee) of Sims; his stepson Cameron Gowen (Crystal) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Coleman Bunn and Elle Bunn of Sims; his stepgrandchildren, Nickolas Gowen (Kristin) of Havelock, Riley Tulppo of Wilson, Gracie Gowen of Middlesex and Ashleigh Carico of Wilson; his stepgreat-grandson Jesse Earl Gowen; and his siblings, Brenda Smith of Kinston, Terry Bunn (Diane) of Leland and Jerry Bunn of Wilson.
