He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hinesley and Billie Hinesley; and his siblings, Chuck Hinesley and Beth Hinesley Burris. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fisher Hinesley; his children, Richard Charles "Rich" Hinesley (Stephanie) of Greenwood, IN and Shelley Denise Heisler of Nashville, NC; his sister Dianne Hinesley Munoz (Jaime) of Lebanon, IN; and his grandchildren, Hayley (Conner), Samantha, Corey, Luke, Micah, Taylor (Nathan) and Courtney. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
