He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Skinner; his children, Sherri H. McKeel (Joe Flowers) of Wilson and Russ Skinner (Angie Tsiliggires) of Wilson; and his siblings, Ella Temple (Stan) of Elm City, Barbara Bass (Russell) of Elm City and George Skinner (Kathy) of Pilot.
