She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Baines Pierce and Thomas Scott Baines (Jenny) of Bailey; her grandchildren, Brandon Pierce (Brittany), Courtney Calhoun (Steven), Aleena Shearin and Savanna Baines; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Pierce, Brayden Thomas Pierce, Bryson Calhoun, Kamden Shearin, Kensley Shearin and Kylie Shearin.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bailey Town Cemetery (11499 S 581, Bailey, NC 27807).
