She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward S. Farrell and Dorothy M. Coombs Farrell; and her siblings, Hazel Brown and Lee Edward Farrell. She is survived by: her daughters, Katharine Frizzle, Theresa Cunningham, Valerie Carlson and Desiree Carlson; and her sister Patricia Clark. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
