He was predeceased by: his mother Lynn Newcombe Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Kim Hall Gardner; his sons, C. W. Gardner and C. J. Gardner; his grandchildren, Brayden and Leyland; his father Bobby G. Gardner; and his sister Bobbie Jo Gurganus.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
