He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pridgen Webb; his daughter Melissa Webb Best; his son-in-law Terry Deems Best; his grandchildren, Brittany LeighAnne Best (Jason Sanders), Ashley Elizabeth Campochiaro (Joseph Campochiaro) and Colin Deems Best (Cydney Smith); his son Joseph Bryant Webb; his daughter-in-law Katie Hagwood Webb; his grandchild Reagan Claire Webb; and his brother Donald Webb.
