With sadness, we share the passing of Thomas Garland Gudac (Wilson, North Carolina). Thomas, born on March 12, 1945, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Gudac and Beulah Gudac. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gudac; his children, Gary Thomas Gudac (Beth) of Asheville, NC and Suzette Gibson (Leonard Gibson) of Wilson, NC.; his grandchildren, Taylor Gudac, Dylan Thomas Gudac (Caroline), Grace Gibson, Blythe Gibson and Henry Gibson; his siblings, Mary Aker (Chris), Anthony Gudac (Jennifer) and Tim Gudac (Julie); and his aunt Mary Bailey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (202 Kincaid Ave N, Wilson, NC 27893). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:45 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Thomas' memory to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund or to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
