He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Tarleton and Lonnie Tarleton; his siblings, Nancy, Louise and Jim; his niece Darielle; his nephew Ronnie; Wanda Johnson Tarleton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Tarleton; his daughters, Jill Rae Tarleton, Stacey Cooper (Miles) and Brooke Rule (John); and his grandchildren, Alex (Kate), Harvey and Gala. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
