She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McIntosh and Doris McIntosh; her sister Jackie Harris; her friend Peggy Ratley; and her brother-in-law Ike Best.
She is survived by: her sisters, Erin Formo (Brian) and Sharron Best; and her nieces, Laura Clark (family: Sara Elizabeth Williford) and Amanda Best (Scott). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
