She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Walston (David) and Vivian Ricks (Garland) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Hope Walston Martin (Rich) of Apex, Jeff Walston of Elm City, Aaron Walston (Mallory) of Elm City and Jennifer Ricks Shingleton (Will) of Durham; her great grandchildren, Andrew Martin, Davis Martin, Luke Walston, Chase Walston and Virginia Shingleton (Ginny); her stepgrandchildren, Tom Ricks (Andi) of Charlotte and Geoff Ricks (Susan) of Davidson; and also, Charles, Shepherd, Cooper and Marshall.
