He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Small and Louise Small. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stancil Small; his son Christopher D. Small (Julie) of Florida; his grandsons, Cameron and Grant; his sister Betty Correll; his pets, Dee Dee and Gabby; his mother-in-law Dorothy Stancil; and his extended family, Lonnie, Martha Stancil, Terry, Tim Davis, Matthew and Becky Stancil. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
