He was predeceased by: his wife Flossie "Flo" Elliott Webb; his parents, George Colin Webb and Mittie Eva Forbes Webb; and his siblings, Jocelyn Teal, Randolph, Jerrill, John and G. C. Webb, Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Bobby Webb of Wilmington; his granddaughter Laura Maynor of Tennessee; Kristi, Ricky Hicks and Martha Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
