She was predeceased by: her parents, Linwood Temple and Katherine Hurlburt Temple; her husband Norman Lee "Hinkie" White Sr.; and her sons, Cecil Dean White, Sr. and Norman Lee White.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Lee White of Windsor, Rodney "Willie" White (Bobbie Lynn) of Askewville, Roger Hughes (Janet) of Prince George, VA and Ray Hughes (Tammy) of Conway; her grandchildren, Melissa Hughes, Rachel Fetty (Ben), Dallas White (Taylor) of Cecil Dean, White, Jr. and Josh Hardison; and her sister-in-law Myrna Aultman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (236 US-17 BYP, Windsor, NC 27983). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel (236 US-17 BYP, Windsor, NC 27983). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Edgewood Cemetery.
