She is survived by: her husband Roland "Doug" Thames; her daughter Barbara Tripp of Aulander; her sisters, Barbara "Bobbie" Pope of Tarboro and Sheilah Shingleton of Walstonburg; her grandson Jason Tripp (Sarah) of Windsor; and her great grandchildren, Alyvia, Weston and Leah.
