She is survived by: her brothers, Randy Hoggard of Winterville and Robert Ray Hoggard, Jr.; her brother-in-law Jimmy Taylor of Williamston; her niece Tracey Dysart (Fred); and her nephew Joseph Hoggard (Christi).
