She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leonard Mizelle, Sr. and Pauline Jernigan Mizelle; her husband Oliver Wendell Todd; her son Larry Todd; and her siblings, Beatrice Babb, Margaret Dilday and Joseph Mizelle.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Todd, Gerald Todd (Marie), Brent Todd (Wendy), Allan Todd and Tim Todd (Ann); and her sister Barbara Williford. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Portsmouth Christian Church (3150 Detroit St, Portsmouth, VA 23707). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
