She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leonard Mizelle, Sr. and Pauline Jernigan Mizelle; her husband Oliver Wendell Todd; her son Larry Todd; her granddaughter Andrea Todd Visque; and her siblings, Beatrice Babb, Margaret Dilday and Joseph Mizelle.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Todd, Gerald Todd (Marie), Brent Todd (Wendy), Allan Todd and Tim Todd (Ann); and her sister Barbara Williford. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
