She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Edmondson. She is survived by: her mother Lettie Jane Pierce Mizelle of Windsor; her fiancé Lloyd Smithwick; her sons, Harry Lee (Dahlia Navedo-Lee) of Anchorage, AK, Brooks Franklin Lee of Martin County and Karl Lee (Carrie) of Windsor; her siblings, Jeanette Steward (Chuck) of Williamston and Franklin Pierce of Windsor; her grandchildren, Alysia Melendez, Kayla Kortz, Kendra Lee, Nalanii Melendez, Kylie Lee, William Lee and Elena Lee; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Jackson-Lee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Piney Wood Missionary Baptist Church (2529 US Hwy N., Ahoskie, NC 27910). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
