He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Clarence Shadrick and Annie Louise Vaden Shadrick. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his daughters, Amy Davis (Everett) of Union County, Laura Purvis (Shane) of Union County, Julie Merrell (Randy) of Union County and Sarah Broadway (Chad) of Union County; his grandchildren, Josh Davis (Jill), Camden Davis, Reagan Purvis, Cason Purvis, Atlas Broadway, Vaden Broadway and Charleigh Broadway; and his sister Brenda Holder (Jerry) of Salisbury. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
