He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Roth and Margaret Roth; and his daughter Helen Roth. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ganey; his sons, Douglas Roth, Jr. (Lynne) and Kurt Roth (Susan); his grandchildren, Courtney, Tyler of Tiffani, JJ and Ariel; and his close friends, Ray Christensen and Bill Stant. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
